1. Create a Huawei accout​

Register & Log in Huawei​


2. Create Huawei Apps and Ad Units​

1）Go to App Service - Traffic Realization and click “Add Media” in Media Management to create an app.

If the app is not on the AppGallery, please refer to the AppGallery documentation to complete the new app: https://developer.huawei.com/consumer/cn/doc/distribution/app/agc-create_app

2）In Traffic Management - Display Management, click “Add Display Unit” for the desired application to add an ad unit.


Expected Result

Go to Traffic Management - Display Unit Management to display the ad units that have been successfully created.


3. Configure Huawei ad units in TradPlus backend​

1）In Huawei backend, Traffic Management - Display Spot Management, get the display spot ID.


2）In TradPlus background - Application Management, select the apps and ad units that need to use Huawei Land, click Add Ad Source, select Huawei Ads, and fill in the relevant information.

Note: Before adding an ad source, please operate step 4 to open the Huawei Report API report of the app before adding the ad source


4. Enable Huawei's Report API Reporting​

1）After completing real-name authentication in Huawei's back office, apply for HMS API service in “My API”, select the corresponding APP, and enable the Traffic Realization Service Report API.

2）In the Credentials screen, select the corresponding App and create an OAuth2.0 client ID.

3）In TradPlus Backend - Networks - Authorized Networks, select Huawei Ads and fill in the relevant information.

Note: It is recommended to fill in the application name as the account name to make it easier to select the account name when adding Huawei Ad sources.


5. Floor Price Setting​

In Traffic Management - Display Unit Management, go to the corresponding ad unit and you can set the floor price.

6. Test Ads​

Go to Application Services - Traffic Realization, and on the Setup Test Service screen, add a test device ID and enable it.
