Sub Account
1. Functions#
Support to add other accounts to manage or view specified applications under the master account, and flexibly set menu privileges and application privileges to fulfill the management of data privileges and operation privileges of different roles.
Currently, it only supports adding sub-accounts through master account, and does not support registering sub-accounts in TradPlus background.
2. Usage guides#
1) Click [Advanced Settings] - [Sub-accounts] - [Add Sub-accounts]
2）Fill in the sub-account information in order
| Configuration item | Instruction |
|---|---|
| Sub Account Name | Enter a customized sub account name. |
| Login Email | Enter the login email for the sub-account. |
| Password | Enter the login password for the sub-account. |
| Menu Privileges | All Menu: the sub-account can browse the contents under the All menu. Data Report Menu: The sub-account can only view the contents under the “Home” and “Data Report” menus. Non-Statement menu: The sub-account can view the contents under the other menus except the Statement menu. |
| App Privileges | All Apps: Authorize all apps for the sub-account, and the apps created later will also be authorized to the sub-account.Specified Apps: Select the specified apps to be authorized to the sub-account. |
| Status | Select the status of the sub-account: On/Off. |
