Retention

1. Functions#

Analyze retention rates of new users as a way to analyze the quality of new users and the impact of product feature iterations on user stickiness.

  • New Users: refers to new users who have initialized the TradPlus SDK. If some of the new users of the app have not initialized the TradPlus SDK, they are not counted as new users.

2. Usage guides#

1）Click【Reports】-【Retention】


2）Click on the filter item and select the desired filter in the pop-up drop-down menu, or select the summary data by default.


3）Export Reports：Click the icon in the upper right corner of the detailed data report and select [Export] to export the report.
